I could not have asked for a better experience trading in my 2014 CX-5 for a brand new one. Stephen who assisted me through the entire process was professional, patient, and I never felt pressured. The manager who assisted through the process (I believe his name is Michael, but I’m sorry if I got that wrong) was also wonderful. He too was very patient and negotiated fairly. All around I felt like I was given good guidance and the space I needed to make my decision.
