We had an excellent experience at Mazda Morrey North Vancouver. Shervin Y. was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the process smooth and stress-free. Mike, the sales manager, was also fantastic — professional, approachable, and fun to work with. Both of them went above and beyond to meet our requirements and worked hard to ensure the payments fit our budget. Overall, the service was outstanding and we left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a team that truly puts the customer first!

Well, well, well... after about a year of getting my Mazda 3 serviced by these guys, I have to say they really know their stuff. Since I bought my car from another dealership, I can't comment on the sales side of things, but the service department is awesome. They do a great job with all the work my car needs. The check engine light was on a little while ago, and they got me in super fast and resolved the problem in the shortest possible time. Thanks to Armin and all of the service department team!

Hello I went to Morrey Mazda on the North Shore the other week. I was thinking of training in my CX-5 to a newer model. Not that I needed a car but just was thinking about it. As I was walking along I salesman started talking to me, his name was Shervin . He was very pleasant and started showing me different options . We sat down crunched some numbers and talked a bit and at the end of the day he sold me a car. I was very happy with the way he interacted and talked with me. Shervin has reached out to me a few times after the sale of the car just to make sure everything good. I would recommend you to talk to Shervin if you're interested in a new car .

Wanted to purchase my first car, went into Morrey Mazda and Larry helped us out. He was so through explaining everything, came on test drives with me showed me the cars explained everything. I absolutely fell in love with my car because of the great experience Larry created for us. The purchase process was super easy, they were very fair. Been a Morrey client for over a decade, reached out and decided to move brands. Folks at Morrey Mazda were welcoming and provided great service, fair pricing and took care of the transfer for my existing vehicle. Didn't feel pressured or oversold. I did my research in advance which may have helped too. 🙂 Met a lot of people including Steve and Kevin in management. Everyone was professional, collegial and helpful and special thanks to Brad and Larry whom I worked with most. Will update later when my car (which I love) is serviced. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous experience at the dealership. Elisha Morrey was super helpful and explained everything very clearly. After we completed all our paperwork and Elisha ensured we were 100% comfortable and understood everything, she offered her contact information so we could contact her at any time with questions. Afterwards, Justin Erb took the time to go through all the features of our new car and ensure we were happy and understood how to operate everything. We were grateful to have a senior sales specialist like him, as it was clear he had extensive knowledge of the car. He also said we could contact him any time or come back whenever we wished to follow up if we had any questions at all. We were completely blown away by the exemplary service provided at Morrey Mazda of the Northshore. We will absolutely recommend this dealership to our family and friends. Despite the easing of restrictions, they are still sanitizing, distancing etc.
I am always greeted warmly, treated like I have a brain and I never feel ripped off. The service is done, all the checks are completed and I never feel they do work that is not necessary. In short, I trust them!

Manako was FANTASTIC. We did pretty much the entire deal over email, which was so wonderful because we had little-to-no time to come into the dealership and be there for hours going back and forth. We got the deal done over email, came in, signed papers, and were away in an hour. Manako met all our needs, was professional, and just all around very helpful.

I am terrible at names , but I believe it was Tom who assisted me . He was very kind and I am so thankful to him .
Hand sanitizer was readily available and they had glass panels to provide more social distance
I just wanted to thank the staff at Morrey , they were very helpful and polite . I’m always worried about going to a dealership because I’ve had bad experiences in the past . But the service was amazing and the cost was more than reasonable to have my front lights changed and my wind shield wipers . They also completed a recall fix for me .
I will be going back there 100% for all my future car needs .

It's really important to me to service my car at a place I trust, and where I feel like a valued customer. Morrey didn't encourage me to do additional unnecessary repairs like other places I've been, which helps build trust. and the service staff were super friendly, which makes me want to return.
The service at Morrey Mazda was fantastic. Booking my car appointment online was easy, I was greeted by friendly service staff when I arrived, and they completed the work quickly. My car was washed and clean when I picked it up. Overall a great experience and although I live in Squamish, I will continue to drive down to Morrey for my car needs.

I have always found the service at Mazda to be exceptional.
Our last 4 cars have been Mazda’s and our next will be as well.
The fantastic service by Kevin and his team is a major factor of this decision.
My drivers side window was not consistently rolling up or down and although the service dept was fully booked Kevin made room to address this safety issue and got it repaired.
That’s what they do!
