Top marks and highest regards for the Morrey Mazda team at North Vancouver location. Our purchase was not the simplest and easiest of deals considering our difficult circumstances with returning of our previous Kia and other problems. But the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally to make the deal happen and see us in our absolutely beautiful new CX-70. We couldn’t be happier. Had a an absolutely great experience at Morrey Mazda! Elisha (finance manager) was fantastic - she explained the leasing process very well. Sherven (sales person) was also fantastic - he was very knowledge about the car and made the process very fun. Qun Li/William (Road advisor, auto insurance) was also fantasistic - he explained all my insurance related questions very well. Overall - everyone I interacted with was very friendly and worked extremely hard to answer all my questions and help me make an informed decision. Great experience! (Also I settled on the cx-30. If anyone is debating this or crosstreck: the cx-30 is amazingly more fun to drive)

We had a fabulous experience at the dealership. Elisha Morrey was super helpful and explained everything very clearly. After we completed all our paperwork and Elisha ensured we were 100% comfortable and understood everything, she offered her contact information so we could contact her at any time with questions. Afterwards, Justin Erb took the time to go through all the features of our new car and ensure we were happy and understood how to operate everything. We were grateful to have a senior sales specialist like him, as it was clear he had extensive knowledge of the car. He also said we could contact him any time or come back whenever we wished to follow up if we had any questions at all. Despite the easing of restrictions, they are still sanitizing, distancing etc.
I am always greeted warmly, treated like I have a brain and I never feel ripped off. The service is done, all the checks are completed and I never feel they do work that is not necessary. In short, I trust them!

Manako was FANTASTIC. We did pretty much the entire deal over email, which was so wonderful because we had little-to-no time to come into the dealership and be there for hours going back and forth. We got the deal done over email, came in, signed papers, and were away in an hour. Manako met all our needs, was professional, and just all around very helpful.

I am terrible at names , but I believe it was Tom who assisted me . He was very kind and I am so thankful to him .
Hand sanitizer was readily available and they had glass panels to provide more social distance
I just wanted to thank the staff at Morrey , they were very helpful and polite . I’m always worried about going to a dealership because I’ve had bad experiences in the past . But the service was amazing and the cost was more than reasonable to have my front lights changed and my wind shield wipers . They also completed a recall fix for me .
I will be going back there 100% for all my future car needs .

It's really important to me to service my car at a place I trust, and where I feel like a valued customer. Morrey didn't encourage me to do additional unnecessary repairs like other places I've been, which helps build trust. and the service staff were super friendly, which makes me want to return.
The service at Morrey Mazda was fantastic. Booking my car appointment online was easy, I was greeted by friendly service staff when I arrived, and they completed the work quickly. My car was washed and clean when I picked it up. Overall a great experience and although I live in Squamish, I will continue to drive down to Morrey for my car needs.

I have always found the service at Mazda to be exceptional.
Our last 4 cars have been Mazda’s and our next will be as well.
The fantastic service by Kevin and his team is a major factor of this decision.
My drivers side window was not consistently rolling up or down and although the service dept was fully booked Kevin made room to address this safety issue and got it repaired.
That’s what they do!
