The service department Kevin was very helpful in coming up with immediate solutions to get my vehicle to the shop and got me a loaner (rental) to help me out. He updated me within a day what the problem was and gave me a time frame for the repairs. I was called back well under the estimated time which was mostly due to the necessary parts arriving and told my vehicle was good to do. My vehicle was clean and ready to go and despite being a large repair, it was done in a timely fashion. Friendly staff, clean dealership. Positive experience all in all and would recommend both Mazda and Morrey Mazda for your Mazda needs!
