Keeping its Sleek Style for Another Year
KODO appears across the entire Mazda lineup, and with good reason: Sleek and sexy, the 2017 Mazda6’s front end is most definitely one of the industry’s most attractive. The striking angular nose and slanted headlights allude to the Mazda’s sporty demeanor.
New for 2017, the Mazda6 now offers a Premium Package that includes Nappa leather, detailed stitching on the steering wheel and available amenities such as a heated steering wheel and optional Colour Active Driving Display (ADD), which displays vital driver information directly in your line of vision on a diplay in the windshield. The 2017 Mazda6 also features the Japanese automaker’s latest HMI system with a 7” colour touchscreen display and main control knob just below the shifter, making navigation and audio browsing a breeze. Satellite radio, as well as HD radio and twox USB ports ensuring that you’re plugged in to the right tunes at all times, and the available 11-speaker premium Bose audio system will keep those beats bumping.
Advanced SKYACTIV Technology to Stay Ahead of the Competition
The 2017 Mazda6 features a versatile SKYACTIV-G 2.5L 4-cylinder mill that produces 184 horsepower and 185 lb-ft of torque. With three transmission choices (6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic and a 6-speed automatic with i-ELOOP energy regen capabilities), the Mazda6 really is the perfect midsize sedan for just about anyone.
There’s room to seat five very comfortably along with up to 419 litres of cargo space in the 2017 Mazda6. Extremely practical and adaptable to everyday life in and around the city, the Mazda6 also features blind-spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, forward obstruction warning, and high bean control system, ensuring that you’re cruising around in safety and security.
