I trust the Mike and the service manager, I have dealt with them prior to buying my Mazda, years ago with my Saturn.
Mike in service understood my limitations to getting my vehicle in for service based on my job at the hospital and Mazda’s changed service hours and thought outside the box to get required work done when dropping off tires for storage. That was greatly appreciated or I would have had to go elsewhere. I trust the Mike and the service manager, I have dealt with them prior to buying my Mazda, years ago with my Saturn.
