Have always enjoyed with Mike (Service Advisor) over the years.  He's always friendly, proactive, honest and is able to work through any concerns (keeps me fully briefed along the way)
Attention to details - plexiglass, tables setup to force distancing, sprayed visa machine etc.
Left garage door open for air circulation
Easy to schedule appointment (called in)
No issues with leaving car in AM for later appointment
Friendly staff at check in and solid physical distance measures
Staff (Mike/mechanics) overdelivered by dealing with the car earlier than expected
In addition to regular servicing they spotted a nail in a winter tire, called and
proactively asked if we had summer tires to swap out (while they fix the winter tire)
I gladly took in the summer tires and they made it happen
