Mazda Announces Pricing for the 2025 CX-70

Mazda Canada recently unveiled the pricing details for its latest addition to the SUV market, the 2025 Mazda CX-70. This new model adds flair to the mid-size two-row crossover segment with its sporty design, spacious interior, and advanced electrified powertrains. With a starting MSRP of $49,750 for the CX-70 MHEV and $58,750 for the CX-70 PHEV, Mazda aims to cater to a wide range of customers by offering six distinct trim levels.
Designed specifically for North American consumers, the CX-70 is Mazda's most spacious two-row crossover yet. It boasts a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 lbs and introduces several technological and safety advancements, including Alexa integration and new driver support features. The vehicle is available in seven colours, including the exclusive Melting Copper Metallic.
The CX-70 lineup begins with the GS-L model, equipped with a e-Skyactiv G 3.3L Inline 6 Turbo engine, offering 280 horsepower and a fuel economy of 9.3 L/100km combined. It features a 'blackout' theme, 19-inch dark grey alloy wheels, and a host of standard safety and convenience features, priced at $49,750.
The GT model enhances the offering with 21-inch alloy wheels, a hands-free power liftgate, and a range of luxury interior features, including a Bose 12-speaker audio system and wireless phone charging, starting at $54,350.
For those interested in plug-in hybrid technology, the CX-70 PHEV GS-L provides an electric-only range of 42 kilometers and a combined power output of 323 horsepower, with prices beginning at $58,750. The PHEV GT model adds luxury touches such as Nappa leather seating and advanced interior features, with a starting price of $63,350.
The CX-70 GT-P model, available at $58,300, offers the high-output e-Skyactiv G 3.3L Inline 6 Turbo engine, producing up to 340 horsepower. It includes advanced driving modes, exclusive 'black out' design elements, and enhanced safety features.
At the top of the range, the CX-70 Signature model provides the ultimate luxury experience with quilted Nappa leather, a two-tone steering wheel, and comprehensive safety technology, priced at $62,300.
