Mazda SUV sales propel automaker in November

Mazda had a great November with 5,503 vehicles sold, an increase of 4.0% compared to the same month in November 2018. Mazda sales are now 62,760 for the year.


Here are some highlights from the month Mazda experienced in November. As you can see, it was the automaker's SUVs that contributed the most to the impressive sales, although two other models also had an excellent month.


  • The Mazda CX-5 increased sales by 25.6%
  • The Mazda CX-9 saw its sales increase by 13.2%
  • The Mazda CX-3 increased 14.9% in sales
  • The Mazda6 saw its sales increase by 33.0%
  • The Mazda MX-5 increased 72.7% in sales
  • The three models in the CX SUV lineup increased on average by 21.5%
  • Almost half of new Mazda3 buyers chose to equip their cars with the i-ACTIV all-wheel drive system
